Mounting
Modular structures can be installed in different ways – depending on the project and terrain.
Our modular houses, mobile toilets and Space Capsule can be placed on a concrete foundation, screw piles or wheels – if the construction allows. Choose the most suitable option for your site.
Installation options
Concrete foundation
The classic option – slab or strip foundation. Suitable for permanent buildings and terrains with good soil conditions.
Screw piles
No excavation, no concrete – fast and for any terrain. Ideal for sloping terrain, hard-to-reach areas and temporary structures.
Wheels
For mobile units – portable toilets, some cabins. Easy relocation if the construction allows it.
Screw pile foundation
Screw piles and metal ground anchors are a solution for a stable foundation regardless of soil type and terrain. They are installed quickly and easily, saving time and money. No excavation or wet processes, no seasonal dependency.
