Configuration
Floor, walls and ceiling – with insulation and electrical distribution. Floor: 18 mm calcium silicate board + 1.6 mm PVC. Ceiling: 75 mm fiberglass wool, 0.45 mm color steel.

- Door: steel security door 970×1970 mm
- Window: PVC sliding 950×1130 mm with screen
- Wall panels: 50 mm rock wool composite, double-sided steel sheet

- Internal reinforcement: wooden or steel frames to fix the goods; anti-collision foam/rubber pads in the corners.
- Moisture-proof treatment: moisture-proof film inside the container and desiccant.
- Packing optimization: 3D loading software to reduce gaps.
Transportation method
- Sea transportation: container ship; tied and fixed to prevent bumps and shifts.
- Intermodal transportation: truck/rail; ensure smooth lifting during transfer.
